Privacy Policy
At the Lifelong Learning Center, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share mobile information, including text message opt-in data or consent, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent and opt-in information are used solely to provide updates and communications directly from us and will not be shared with outside organizations.
Participation and Age Requirements
Students must be at least 16 years old to register for and attend adult education classes. Only registered students may attend classes. Auditing or observing classes is not permitted. Children may not accompany parents to class unless the class is specifically designated as a parenting class, and this is noted in the course description.
Special Needs Accommodations
If you require accommodations or special services, such as elevator access or sign language interpreters, please contact the Adult Education office at (406) 549-8765 at least two weeks before the class begins, or at the time of registration if registering within that timeframe.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 96 hours before the class start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 96 hours before the class start time will receive a 75% refund.
No refunds will be issued once classes have begun.
If the Adult Education Office cancels a class, students will be notified and will receive a full refund.
Classes held at school district facilities that close due to inclement weather will also be canceled. Announcements will be made through local radio and television stations. Refunds for weather-related cancellations may vary depending on the circumstances and whether a makeup session can be offered.
24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee
If you attend the first class session, or the first hour of a one-session class, and feel the class did not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund by notifying us within 24 hours of the class start time.
